The current rips you around the enormous hill, and carries you further across the sidewalk. You continue through the concrete valley, and back into the grassy underbrush. A few moments later, the sky opens up again as the river turns to rapids, sliding down the curb. You scream as you land in a slightly larger but much calmer river. You get a free moment to look around. If you thought the sidewalk was a desert, this is the Sahara: it could easily take a week to trek across the stony wastes at your size!
