Despite twenty minutes of jogging, your situation hadn't changed one iota. You were still stuck in your sister's nail polish and firmly to her toenail. You wanted to scream but knew it wouldn't do you any good. All you could do was look up at your "big" sister's disappointed frown.
"Sorry the jog didn't work." she apologized. "I thought if I got my feet hot you could break free."
While her plan sounded good on paper, it was executed rather poorly. The two of you were back to square one with no real solution in sight. Plus, you could tell December was starting to grow a little impatient. She really wanted to show off the fruits of your hard work.
Knowing her it was only a matter of time until she gave up. With a resigned sigh you hope your voice carries over. "Sis!? Hey, Sis!? Can you hear me!?"
"Y-Yeah, I can hear you." she answered.
You couldn't believe you were about to do this. "Look, just go and show off like you want. We'll try and get me unstuck later, okay."
December's eyes widened. She had to make sure she heard you right. "Y-You want me to go out with you stuck like this?"
You sighed. "Yes. Just go and have fun. We can figure out how to scrape me off later."
"Wow..." she nearly cried. "You're so selfless. You really are a great brother."
