You quickly realized your mistake and apologized on the spot. "I- I'm s- s- s- sorry, Heather."
"Prove it. Anyone can say they're sorry. You need to do something for me so I know that you're genuine." Heather looked down at you with a menacing glare and pondered all of the things she could have you do. "Give me your seat." she said. "Someone as small as you shouldn't need a seat all to themselves. Give me your seat on the bus and we'll call it even."
You stopped and thought about her request. "But where will I--"
"Of course if that's too much to ask I could always have you do something else."
