You don't see how you can get out of the stomach. You shudder to think the only way that you COULD get out is if her body burns your skin, mashes you up, sucks out all your body's moisture, and then be turned into light yellow baby poo. A bit of bitterness crosses your mind, as you think that YOU will die just to fuel your OWN SISTERS life. Worse yet, you will only fuel her for a few measly hours, a day at most. Sure, your sister has great potential, BUT ARE YOU WILLING TO DIE FOR HER TO REACH IT? You bang her stomach lining, thinking that it might provoke her to throw up, and thus permitting your freedom.
Outside, your sister says "Ooh, stwuggle mowr for me, bwuthur!" Her plan was to make you suffer as much as possible. But befowr, let me get my listening snake!" That was as far as her vocabulary allowed. It really was her toy stethoscope. She went to get the toy from her doctor kit. It worked just like a real one! She ran to the couch, so she could relax, and got the stethoscope, put it in her ears, and put the other part on her tummy. She laughed at what she heard...

You're alive, but barely, when yellow poo comes at you, forcing you to eat some. You're pushed out of her bum, and landing in the toilet. You look up the bowl to Melly's face.
