Amy was a giantess. But not the Attack of the 50 Foot Woman type. When she stood up her upper body and most of her thighs were in outer space, that's how big she was at nearly 150 miles in height. And she could grow even bigger! Of course there was no air up there, but this humongous 7 year old kid didn't need it - she was all-powerful and invulnerable. That's why she was that big, after all.
She wasn't the only giantess out there, as she had shared her powers with her sister Summer, 15, who had also shared them with her girlfriend Candace. They also enjoyed being giantesses, though they didn't take it to such extremes. Judy was usually doll-size compared with Amy when she was with her, and she usually shrank further when she was not. Amy also grew to her size other children every now and them to play with them. Earh was their playground.
Since they fixed back all the destruction they caused and there was no way to stop them, all countries had resigned themselves to let them do.
