It is a stormy Saturday evening, and you are curled up in front of your tv watching one of your favorite anime’s “The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.”. You have always been a big fan of watching various anime’s whenever you have the time.
You even have gone as far as to develop crushes and fantasizing about some of the women you see in the anime’s. And when it comes to anime’s like “The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.”. Where the anime portrays the main character as someone with many options of girls.
You find yourself always looking at the ones that the main character has little to no interest in but has a great amount of interest in him. But in this anime you find yourself fantasizing about different situations in which you would be able to have a romantic interaction with any of the girls in this anime. You think as you then say out loud to yourself “Man I wish I was in that situation. It would be so much easier dating an anime girl, there reactions give everything away.” while watching one of the scenes where Saiki tries to make one of the girls not like him.
Suddenly your anime is interrupted as outside your apartment, lightning has struck your tv dish causing your tv to freak out and after a few moments of static you begin to see a face appear. As a strong echoey voice blurts from your TV saying “So, you want to be with an anime girl?...”
You are very much confused by what you just heard and what is going on as the face you were seeing on your TV becomes clearer as it speaks in the same voice you just heard but this time much louder and more direct “Well, Do you or don’t you?”
In an instant you know you feel the urge to give a response as you say “Yeah of course. I would give anything to make that happen.” You say this in a very confident tone as you gain your footing in this conversation.
The face on your TV then speaks “Well you sound confident in the answer so, how about I will make that happen for you.”
You quickly jump in excitement and curiosity as you say “Wait what?!? You can really make that happen?”
The face on your TV says in response “Yes, I can make that happen. As you see I am an anime God and have grown bored. And this seems like a perfect fun thing to see you play my game….”
You look at your TV with a confused face as you say “Game???”
In which the TV face says “Yes, a game, I will allow you to enter the anime world of the show you were just watching. Your goal is simple, all you have to do is win the heart of a girl in this anime.”
You can’t help but to stop and think about what you just heard. It doesn’t seem like a big task for you as you believe that it would be easy to win the heart of a girl in an anime, especially in this one where the main character has no interest in any of the girls.
If that is all you need to do, this shouldn’t be that hard for you, there has to be some kind of catch you think as you say “What happens if I can’t achieve your goal.
The face pauses for a few moments before saying “Well I will leave it up to you to say -I quit- so, when you say that I guess I will transport you back to this world and ban you from all anime for life. If you don’t achieve the goal of course.”
Upon hearing this, you think if that’s all you’re going to have to worry about, its not worth losing out on a once in a lifetime opportunity “Yeah... Okay I’ll play your game. It should be easy since I know this anime so, well. So, where will I..." Your cut off be by the face on your TV,
The TV face responds to you with “Good choice, now let the game begin. …..Oh also I should mention since you know this anime so well and have such a strong confidence in being able to win the heart of one of the woman in this anime. I will be throwing in a *little* obstacle for you to have to deal with. But it is so *tiny* that it should cause no issues for such a cable warrior such as yourself.” The face chuckles after saying this and before you can respond to that you are instantly sucked into your TV.
As your sucked into your TV your body feels strange but you shrug it off as you are think about what the "obstacle" that the TV face will give to you. Though you believe what ever it could be you will most definitely be able to handle it. Though unbeknownst to you that "obstacle" is your body shrinking down to a tiny height of about 3 inches tall, as you black out for mere moments until landing into your new world being the anime world of "The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.".
