Ed, Al, and Winry quickly made their way back to Winry's house to explain to the others there what was going on. Al and Winry had to stay outside while Ed went in and explained. They all sat staring at him as he recounted the whole plan and what was going to happen.

"So Col. Mustand and the others went back to Central? To kill the Fuhrer?" Bloch asked.

"That's their intention." Ed answered.

"It's still hard to believe the Fuhrer is a homunculus..." Ross said, head in hand.

"Although it does make sense." Ed said. "As soon as Bradly took the position we've been in war after war for no apparent reason. Each war is a different oppurtunity for someone to become desperate enough to try and create the stone. It's also a good way to get rid of would-be traitors and dissenters in the government."

"So what's your next move Ed?" Sheska asked.

"We're planning on staying here for awhile to rest before heading to Dublith to see our teacher. She...might have something we need to fight the homunculus."

Ed was obviously bothered so they didn't press him for answers. Finally, Ross asked, "Is there anything we can do to help?"

Ed shook his head.

"This whole thing is bigger than you both. It's almost bigger than anyone." Ed tapped his foot angrily as he said this, through gritted teeth. "It's dangerous enough as it is, without us having to worry about others getting hurt."

With that, Ed went outside to converse with Al about when they'd be heading to Dublith.
