Getting Ed and Dante's Solution

It didn't take long for the Military men to reach Winry's house. As luck would have it, Ed was standing in the front yard, staring out into space. Den was wandering around the front yard, obviously having recently found his way back. They all ran up to Ed and tried to explain what was going on in a way that wouldn't upset him.
"Ed! Al's about to plow Winry!"
Everyone looked at Havoc as he blurted this out.
"What? It's the truth isn't it?"
Ed didn't seem to be listening. It was at this time that the group noticed he was covered in dirt and was clutching something in his hand.
"What's wrong Ed?"
Ed looked up at Mustang as he asked this question. He smiled shakily and said, "Nothing."
Mustang still looked worried, but now wasn't the time to worry about what Ed had been doing.
"So who wants to explain this right?"
Armstrong pushed the others aside and cried out, "Allow me Col.!"
Everyone stepped back as Armstrong recounted the tale as best he could. Occasionally one of the other men would chime in with something Armstrong forgot. Soon the whole story was out, sans the whole Winry about to screw Al thing. Ed sighed and said, "Why doesn't anything ever go right? Come on, we better get back there!"
As the group rushed back to the cottage in the woods, Envy was arriving back in Dante's underground mansion. He turned back to normal and looked around.
"Where could she be? She said she'd be waiting for me."
Soon enough, Dante appeared, though she was surprised to see Envy.
"Back so soon Envy?"
"I saw something that I thought you should know about."
"Well, what is it?" She asked impatiently.
Envy told Dante about the giant Al and the likely influence of the Philosopher's Stone.
"If that boy has the stone within his body and is using it like that, there's no telling what he may be capable of. We have to find some way to subdue him and use the stone for ourselves!"
"Yeah, good luck with that!" Envy laughed. "Not even all of us together could stop him with that much power!"
Dante frowned at Envy.
"Once again you insult me Envy. This little...flaw in my plan can be easily remedied. Now listen closely..."
Envy leaned in and listened as Dante told him of her solution. Envy left, looking dubious, while Dante smirked at his retreating back.
"I will have that stone and shed this rotting body!"
She turned and headed back to her room, to speak with Rose and then talk to Pride...
