---Before the activation of the stone---
Winry had tried to find any excuse to get away from her house. Mostly becuase two of her three guests were getting on her nerves. Sheska and her were fighting about how someone should cook food. With mechanics or love? Of course neither one found out before Pinako came in and made sure the both of them shutted up. And whenever they were in the same room she always started saying "Love is better." It got to the point that Winry chased her around the house with a wrench, ready to pound her.
Then it was the constant complaining of Denny Brosh. While Maria had invited him along mostly because he always seemed to follow her no matter what. And when he found out where they had went had sent him into a frenzy of angry questions. Most of which he asked Winry about whenever they were in the same room.
Finally she had found the perfect way out, taking Ein out on a walk. Leaving the place before it became more crazy was one of the things that Winry was thankful for when it came to having a dog. As they traveled along the path, both Winry and Ein stopped as they looked over at the forest that her, Ed, and Al used to play at. "I wish those two would visit." Winry said as she looked on.
But almost as fate would get its own way, Ein quickly ran off towards the woods. "Ein! Come back here!" Winry yelled as he vanished into the forest. "Great, well better get to looking." Winry quicky ran over into the forest, following the sounds of the river to guide her back when the time came. Looking about, she called out every few minutes or so for Ein. Yet no reply could be heard. "Where could he have run off to?" Winry thought as she continued to walk along the path.
After travelling for at least an hour, Winry collapsed on the ground. "Dammit! I hope I find Ein soon." She said angrily. That's when she heard it.
"Stop moving Al! Let me fix it." It was Ed's voice echoing not to far away from her.
Getting up, she smiled. "About time they come back home! I better go seem them. Who knows what trouble they caused to use the path through the woods." Winry said as she ran. She quickly found where they were, but as soon as she did a massive red light engulfed her. Covering her eyes, Winry moved closer as she could make out their visible figures.
Getting close enough, Winry touched a hand and said "Ed!? What's going on!?" As she closed in.
"I'm not Ed! I'm Al Winry!" Al's voice as two arms seemed to wrap around Winry.
"What!?" Winry said shocked as she saw who it was. It was Al, at least now in a 14 year old form. That left so many questions in her head, but she was unable to put them into words. Hugging Winry gently, Al closed in the space as her clothes began to disentegrate by the light.
As their bodies closed the space, Winry felt a sudden urge to do something she thought she would never do with anyone besides Ed. "I better go take a bath before I do anything." Winry thought as saw her body covered in dust. That's when she noticed something else about herself. And so she left, not realizing that it was infact not a dream. And before Ed would wake up after she had travelled far enough for him not to know she was involved in the stones power use.
