A special serum has been developed by the OZ Group. The Serum allows people to swallow other people whole and alive. It was meant to digest enemies, but in the experiments with the serum, digestion never took place. Thus, the serum was abanadoned. Yet, certain people of OZ had been injected with the serum for the experiments.
AC194.
A sample of the "vore serum" was stolen at an OZ Research Lab by Heero Yuy. He was sent to get the serum so that OZ would no longer continue to improve on the serum.
Late AC194
Samples of the "vore serum" was sent to 4 other Gundam pilots to be injected with them. This was meant to capture OZ members alive so they wouldn't get away.
AC195.
The five Gundam pilots are sent to Earth to begin "Operation Meteor". Armed with the "vore serum" within thier bodies, the five Gundam pilots can capture OZ members and bring them to the colonies to be executed.
