Casey and Ash explains it all

Misty was about to blow her top, and Ash knew it. Quickly, Ash and Casey explained what happened in the last few minutes. Misty looked like she was going to yell, but calmed down instead.
"So...it's all that waitress's fault" said Misty. Ash nodded, covering his privates as best he could. Casey was drying off her wet crotch, and Misty was trying to get the attention of the very same waitress that had grabbed Ash. The waitress was determindely looking at the other patrons.
The Shrinkees were mostly men. But, a few shrinkees were women too. It seemed the 'shrink vapors' turned people into shrinkees randomly. Some people are eaten as soon as they are shrinkees, like Brock. While other shrinkees are turned into sex toys. Misty had thought that Casey had used Ash for...pleasuring herself, but that wasn't the case it seemed. Which was a good thing, because Misty would've beaten Casey into a bloody pulp and Ash would be on the menu. Misty believed Ash's story, however, so there was no harm done to Casey or Ash. The other patrons looked to see what was happening, and most of them returned to thier meals. Some people was still watching with interests. One of these people was none other than Gary Oak.
Gary Oak was one of the few men that hadn't been turned into a shrinkee yet. He doubted that he would ever turn into a shrinkee because he was still his normal size. Instead of Gary turning into a shrinkee, all of his cheerleaders did turn into shrinkees. Gary had eaten them all before the week was out. Gary loved eating his cheerleaders, sending each of the girls to become one with him forever. Gary now noticed that Ash was a shrinkee himself. Gary smiled as he dunked a shrinkee woman into mustard sauce. Maybe he could eat Ash some way. Gary would love to eat the so-called "Pride of Pallet Town". Gary usually ate shrinkee girls, but Ash was his rival...had been his rival, he should say. Now, Ash was just sub-human and not worthy of being a rival to the great Gary Oak.
Misty and Casey sat down at the table that Misty had been sitting at. Misty had Ash in her hand, and was gripping him rather tightly, but not so tightly as to cause harm. Misty had ordered something called the "Shrinkee Feast". The Shrinkee Feast was a plate filled with 100 or more shrinkees on it, all swimming in a bowl of chocolate sauce. Ash watched as Misty and Caset ate and talked.
"So, you've given up being a pokemon master?" asked Casey to Ash.
Ash nodded. Ash was currently swimming in his macoroni and cheese (which the waitress served to him rather rudely). The plate of mac and cheese was like a landscape to the tiny Ash, but he didn't mind. Ash had eaten quite a lot of the mac and cheese (for him, at least).
"Well, I had to give up on being a pokemon master" said Ash. "All of my pokemon are bigger than me now, and would probably eat me. Charizard was looking at me like I was a hamburger.....so I sent all of my pokemon to Professor Oak"
"He hasn't shrunk yet?" asked Casey.
"Nope" said Ash. "it only happens to random people, it seems"
