Who gets to eat Otaru?

Otaru knew that his three marionettes had a taste for live food. How did he suspect this? Quite easily. First, Lime cooked some gumbo with a live elephant in it for the year-end Marionette contest. Lime didn't eat the 'Jumbo Gumbo' as she called it, but Otaru would've like to seen her try. Lime was always trying to get Otaru to eat live animals, but Otaru had refused.
Cherry tried to eat a boy that stole some food from Otaru's apartment, but Otaru managed to get the food back from the would-be thief.
Bloodberry had tried to eat Otaru himself when she caught sight of him. Otaru knew that most Marionettes didn't have stomachs. Or...if not a stomach, than a food compressor that acted like a stomach. But then, Otaru's three marionettes aren't like other marionette's. All three had working stomachs. And, unknown to Otaru, the three marionette's can control thier bodily fuctions like digesting food or not. Squirelly, Lime's pet squirel for a week, had a brief stay in Lime's stomach because he tried to get away from her. Lime said that she liked the way that Squirelly squirmed in her tummy.
One day, Lime decided that she would eat Otaru before Bloodberry or Cherry could. Bloodberry looked to eat Otaru almost every day, but Otaru managed to get away from her.
"What's the matter?" Bloodberry had asked last time Otaru got away from her. "wouldn't you like to be in my belly?"
Otaru didn't want to be eaten by anyone, much less his three marionettes. But, that didn't stop the three marionettes from trying to eat him.
