"Where is my order?" asked Haruko after five minutes had passed.
"I told you the service here sucks" said Revy.
Naota was looking down at the stage where some people were gathering. Open Mic night had another 30 minutes to start so it couldn't be a group ready to play a number. Naota did a double-take when he saw what looked like a purple cat walking onto the stage. Naota also recognized Washu and Urd down on the stage.
"Who are those people....?' asked Haruko.
"I suspect The Consortium.....the managers of this place" said Naota. "I happen to meet two of them in the restroom"
Haruko raised an eyebrow. She looked at the stage with renewed interest. At that moment Haruko's order came. It was quite a large cow and it had to be on tranquilizers because it was remarkably calm for something about to be eaten. Haruko stood up and considered on just how to begin eating the animal when the lights dimmed and a spotlight was shone down on a brown-haired woman with weirdly-colored eyes.
"Ladies and gentlemen.....and others" said the woman. "Welcome to our establishment and we hope you enjoy your time here. Let us take a minute to introduce ourselves. We are The Consortium. We manage this place as equals. My name is Tokimi" Tokimi cleared her throat. "As some of you might've known we're all gods"
Haruko nodded almost imperceptibly as she asked for Naota to help her with the cow. Naota eagerly obeyed. Naota watched in awe as Haruko opened her mouth wide enough to swallow an entire herd of cows. Naota was helping in moving the cow in position along with Juri the waiter.
Meanwhile on stage, The Consortium introduced themselves one by one. There were 11 of them in total.
"These are my sisters, Washu and Tsunami" said Tokimi. "C'mon introduce yourselves my fellow gods"
"I'm Urd and these are my sisters, Skuld and Belldandy" said Urd.
"I'm Holo the Wise Wolf"
"I'm Death himself" (from Soul Eater)
The next God was in the middle of eating a plate of some kind of sweets. The God looked up as he swallowed a piece of food and said, "Beerus the God of destruction"
"Whis"
"And I'm Yato"
Each of The Consortium bowed to the audience save for Beerus who took another bite of food.
"We would like to welcome a few parties" said Tokimi who looked sidelong at Beerus and grimacing slightly. "First of all, we would like to welcome the leader of Hotel Moscow, Miss Balaika"
Balaika who had been sitting somewhere on the VIP terrace suddenly was in a spotlight that partially showed the two people that were sitting beside her. Balaika waved vaguely as she ate at her plate. There was polite applause.
"Next" said Tokimi. "We would like to welcome the goddess of rock and roll herself, Haruko!"
A spotlight was suddenly on Haruko and Naota. Haruko had just swallowed the cow down making her stomach swell to a great size. Haruko grinned widely and waved with much energy.
"The goddess of rock and roll?!" asked Beerus who tried and failed to hide his laughter. "I never heard of such a ridiculous God! How about you Whis?"
"Not to my knowledge, my Lord" replied Whis who was covering his eyes from the spotlight that was shinning down on him in order to see Haruko better.
Haruko glared daggers at Beerus and jumped on the booth which was impressive due to her weight and made a "come here" gesture using only her middle finger and made kissing sounds. This earned Haruko laughter and applause. Beerus didn't bother to hide his laughter this time.
"I'm SERIOUS you great purple feline!" Yelled Haruko. "Who's more ridiculous? Me or some purple cat with an eating disorder?"
Beerus growled and threw his plate to the floor and then vanished from the stage. He then appeared next to Naota who backed away quickly while Beerus didn't even spare him a glance. Beerus then swung at Haruko who blocked it with her bass. To Beerus's apparent surprise the guitar didn't shatter. Beerus's eyes narrowed rather than grew big. Haruko just grinned at him showing teeth.
Beerus then pointed a finger upwards and a ball of energy started to manifest.
In the next moment Washu and Tokimi were besides Beerus and restrained him.
"We're sorry about this" said Tokimi to Haruko. "You shouldn't have provoked Beerus"
"He provoked me" shouted Haruko.
"That's how he is" muttered Washu.
"Make her apologize to me!" Demanded Beerus.
"You don't deserve an apology" said Haruko. "You....."
"Might I suggest something?" asked a new voice. It was Death who had appeared next to Naota. Unlike Beerus, Death did a quick glance at Naota. "She's the goddess of rock and roll you say? Let her perform on stage now to prove she isn't a ridiculous God"
"That.....sounds like an excellent idea" said Washu. "How about it Haruko?"
"With pleasure" said Haruko. "I have the perfect song for this occasion" With that Haruko was suddenly on stage. She bowed to the audience.
"I, uh, wasn't planning on doing this" said Haruko. "But...."

After the song there arose such a wild applause one would think an explosion had just happened.
Beerus very much grudgingly admitted that he had been wrong calling Haruko ridiculous.
"Okay then" said Tokimi. "Moving on"
