Paige never had a belly rub before, but she was getting one now. It made her feel more relaxed in front of Jim. Jim had told her that she wasn't a monster...If Jim could rub her Terran-filled belly without freaking out, then he must see her as a person and not as a monster. Jim had lots of practice with giving belly rubs to Aisha when she had come back to Starwind and Hawking Enterprises with a fat belly a few times. For Jim, Aisha's diet of Terrans didn't make her evil...she was just obeying her predatory instincts and nature. It was how life works; There are predators and there are prey. And Terrans were prey to Ctarl-Ctarls. Terrans were the same way (albeit they don't usually eat live food), they ate mostly everything on thier home world. Little animals get eaten alive all the time in nature, it doesn't make the predator evil. Jim continued to rub Paige's bloated belly and Paige moaned happily.
"Jim...I'm sorry" said Paige. "I thought you might not like me if I eat Terrans in front of you"
"Don't worry about it" said Jim. "you're not a monster just because you eat Terrans...and I don't care if you eat in front of me. I like you, and I don't want to see you starving yourself for my benefit"
"Jim..." said Paige.
Suddenly, there came a loud knock at the door.
"Who is it?" asked Paige loudly with a hint of anger in her voice. She was enjoying the belly rub that Jim was giving her so much that she didn't want anything to stop it.
There was no answer at the door. Paige sighed and told Jim to stop with the belly rub. Paige then got out of the bed and made her way to the door and opened it.
Paige was roughly pulled out of the room by Molly Silverpaw and she entered Paige's room.
"Well, hello again" said Molly with a look of distain at Jim. Jim returned the look.
"What are you doing here?" asked Jim. "and what have you done with Paige?"
"My bodyguard is taking care of her" said Molly. "but you shouldn't worry about Paige...you should be more worried about yourself" Molly inched closer to the bed and Jim rolled off of the bed.
"What do you want?" asked Jim.
"Revenge" said Molly. "you gave me a broken nose. I just thought I might return the flavor...err, I mean favor" Here, she licked her lips in hopes in scarring Jim. Jim wasn't scared in the slightest, and he glared at Molly.
"Not afraid to die?" asked Molly. "well, who says I'm going to kill you? There's worse things than death, you know"
With that, Molly made to jump on Jim, but was startled with the door to the room opened again.
"Hojoma, I thought you..." Molly's voice died in her mouth when she saw Trisha standing in the doorway.
"What happened to Hojoma?!" asked Molly.
"He's tied up at the moment" spat Trisha. "either you get away from Jim, or I'm going to eat ya"
"Cannibalism is frowned upon" said Molly. "oh...I guess you didn't knew that, you who grew up in some crummy diease-filled ophan..."
Trisha let loose a low growl.
