You've made your decision, if you hide in her baby hole then she won't be able to get you out.
Without your sister noticing you shift your position so your head is in line with her baby hole.
Not wanting to risk another second you force your hands inside her baby hole and quickly lift yourself all the way to your waist, getting a footing on her diaper you begin ascending all the way inside, after pulling your legs inside you feel far safer than you did before, you hear as Tulip feels around trying to find you, at first you have a feeling of relief as you hear her stop, but that feeling of relief is soon replaced by fear as you see light start to seep in as she starts searching inside her baby hole, "you're gonna have to try harder than that to get away from me" you hear Tulip say between giggles, as you see Tulip's fingers, you continue your ascent deeper into Tulip's baby hole, soon you have to stop as you reach a dead-end, this must be Tulip's baby room, you think to yourself.
After finding yourself at a dead-end and your sister's finger's slowly getting closer, you start trying to force Tulip's baby room open. If you got inside Tulip's baby room you wouldn't have to worry about what she and her friends may do with you, but the entrance to her baby room isn't opening so you reposition yourself up against it and use all your body strength to try and get it open, then...
