*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

You groggily lift open your eyes as you hear the blaring sound of the alarm. You try to bury yourself in Angela's breasts to block out the sound. The world shifts as Angela rolls over. You fall out onto the bed and end up being pinned underneath one of her breasts as rolls onto her stomach. You hear a slam sound and then you feel her collapse her weight back onto the bed.

You try to go back to sleep as well, but find that you are too far awake now. To get Angela off of you, you start playing with her nipple. You hear a frustrated grunt from above. "It's too early for that, Steve..." "I can't move, dear" you shout loud enough for her to hear.

You know you say your schedule around here somewhere... The woman over the intercom buzzes again. "He's been waiting for 20 minutes now," she says, irritated. "Tell him I'm on my way," you say. Guess you'll find out soon enough.

As you walk in to the room, you see that your first patient is...
