The seconds passed, the temptation strong, but Tulip fought it valiantly as she opened the closet door and stepped out into the laundry room. Jet could see her struggle, remembering the stories his dad told him about her behavior growing up. As she just continued staring at the tiny boy in her hands, he'd squirm a bit as the implication of her hesitation hit home. However, before she could really decide one way or another, they would be interrupted.
"Jet, have you found her yet? She's not upstairs!" Jenny would say as she ran right into the room. Upon seeing Jet in Tulip's hand, she'd cheer, "Yay! You won, Jet. You found Aunt Tulip!"
That was more than enough to erase the tension and let Tulip put down those terrible urges. As she stepped closer to Jenny, she'd hand her brother over and laugh at the little girl's antics. With Jet in hand, Jenny said.
"Aunt Tulip? Would it be alright if me and Jet went up to my room for awhile? We'll be really quiet and won't make any trouble, promise!"
At the sudden shift, Tulip looked at her little niece. Since Tulip couldn't think of any more games to play and the temptation to suck on her nephew had distracted her from distracting Jenny, she nodded her head.
"Alright, you can go. But you'd better make sure you honor that promise."
"I will!" Jenny replied as she immediately sped off up the stairs with Jet in tow. Tulip then took the alone time she now had to recompose herself. Then, she started thinking.
"Wasn't there a reason I had them playing normal games? I can't remember why now."

Once Jenny was back in her room, she'd close the door to try and minimize the sound she and Jet could make so she wouldn't attract her Aunt's anger for being too loud. Setting Jet on the bed, she'd then pace for a bit while thinking out loud.
"So, I said I'd be quiet for Aunt Tulip, but a lot of the games we play with my toys can get rather loud...Hmm."
