Tulip simply crossed her arms as she waited for her sister to disappear down the hallway. She had no intention of regurgitating her brother nor the delicious marbles she'd snacked on. If Steve and the little plastic orbs had to leave her body, then it was going to be the long way.
Besides, why should she even listen to Tracy anyway? She wasn't her mom, and she never did what she told, so why should she? She placed a hand over her stomach and felt the marbles inside shift. No, she wasn't going to puke Steve up but that didn't mean she couldn't pretend she tried.
_____
Tracy grumbled to herself as she took a seat on her bed. Her good mood had been somewhat soured by her little sister eating their brother... again. She just couldn't understand where Tulip's weird fascination with eating Steve came from. She knew she would never actually get away with it so why?
"Ugh..." Maybe it was for the best that she didn't understand. Oh well, it's not like the reason why mattered anyway. All that really mattered is that she puked the little guy up before mom got back and she took all the heat. She was supposed to be watching her and Steve after all and not be out at the mall.
_____
Tulip couldn't help but smile as an idea popped into her head. She'd done this little trick before to get out of school and there wasn't any reason it shouldn't work here. In the toilet was a strange dark and smelly looking mush that was indistinguishable from vomit.
Coffee mix and chili made great fake vomit and Tracy would probably be way too grossed out to check it properly. This would get her big sister off her back and let her enjoy her prize of Steve and marbles. "I'm so smart."
_____
Tracy walked back out into the hall to check on Tulip's progress. As she got closer to the bathroom, she heard what sounded like puking and decided to knock on the door. "Tulip? You alright in there? You get Steve back yet?"
"No." Was the reply she got. With an annoyed sigh the older girl entered the bathroom to find her little sister hunched over the toilet with an awful smell rising from it. "Sorry, but it's not working."
That wasn't good. Tracy remembered this happening once before and when it did, Steve had to take the long way out and needless to say he had to go to therapy soon after. "Crap."
If the little brat didn't Puke Steve up, then she was royally screwed when her mother got back. Perhaps she should stick her hand in the excuse jar for something she could use to try and get out of this mess.
