Tracy walks in the room as you get done stretching, and picks you up. “Come on, Steve, we need to get going.” You completely forgot that today you promised to go with Tracy to the mall for clothes shopping. You didn’t really care for helping her out pick out clothes, but she deserved it. Tracy held the house and the family together, working long hours to pay the bills that your mother couldn’t do herself. She also cleaned, cooked, and most importantly kept Tulip from bothering you… sometimes. Going with her to the mall was the least you could do.
She carried you both to the car, and put you in her shirt pocket before getting in. It was always trouble figuring out what to do with you in a car. You were too small to seat belt, and any time you weren’t fastened somewhere you would slide all over the place and get stuck somewhere. The solution was usually allowing Tulip to carry you, which was the worst. She would get bored on car rides and play with you. Sometimes she would sit on you, sometimes play catch, but most of the time she would just squeeze you with her hands.
