You push as much of the noodles as you can out of your way and float on top of the soup. 'I'm just going to have to wait this out' you think to yourself and wait. All you can do is feel the liquid pulse with the rhythm of Mercedez's body, and hear the muffled sounds of her activities.
On the outside, Mercedez gets ready for bed, changing into pajamas, and brushes her teeth. She crawls into bed, and shuts her eyes.
The contents of her stomach swish around and you slip under the surface of the soup. You thrash around, trying to find which way is up, and the noodles get tangled up around you. This only makes you thrash more, you can survive underwater for a while but you have to breathe at some point and your instincts scream at you to find air.
Mercedez feels all the commotion in her tummy and starts to poke it. "Hey! Keep it down in there! Just calm down and enjoy it, will you?"
You can barely hear what she says, but are unable to respond (though you wish you could talk back) since you are still trapped. After another half minute or so, you calm down and analyze how to get out of the tangle. Slowly but surely you slip out of your noodly bonds and eventually surface back up.
"See, it's nice in there, isn't it?" She says genuinely. "Ugh, you have a twisted view of life" you respond, but it only makes her giggle.
Mercedez makes herself comfortable and closes her eyes. She rubs her tummy and drifts off to a happy sleep.
You have lain back on top of the noodles, and try to get some shut-eye yourself. Sleeping in a stomach is never easy, but you've done it enough times to be able to do it. You just have to either lean against the slimy walls of the stomach lining, or in this case: float on the contents, and listen to the heartbeat while ignoring the occasional gurgling of the stomach. After a few minutes, you yourself fall asleep.
