With all of your strength, you swim away from the unfathomable vortex. Just before you're sucked in, the vortex stops, as the last of the digested food is sucked down into Tulip's intestines.
Dripping with the food, you stand up and examine your surroundings. You're still inside of your sisters stomach, although the gurgling has stopped and the food has vanished. Now that the horrible experience is over, and another even worse one has been successfully avoided, you can focus on the situation at hand. "HEY! TULIP!" you scream and pound on the stomach walls.
