She looks at you and licks her lips, “I’m going to get every penny’s worth out of you, little one.” You are rushed downward and stuffed into her book bag. You look around the bag to make out what you can with the little light you have. All you can make out are a few books, some pencils, and a cheap calculator. Nothing you see that will help you escape.
The walls and floor around you shift back and forth, along with the contents as Ran walks around. She only opens the bag to get books out and put them back in, refusing to acknowledge you. You do your best to dodge her books and pencils throughout the day, but despite your best efforts you were still stuck under a textbook for a few hours. Eventually you get tired, so much so that even the bag and contents moving about can’t keep you awake. You drift off to sleep.
When you awaken, you are laying on a bed in a bright blue room. You jump as you notice Ran, watching you with her chin resting on the bed. “Hello, sleepyhead”, she says as she smiles. “I hope you got lots of rest, because I want to play a game.” You look up at her and ask hesitantly, “…what kind of game?”
"I want to play..."
