Many beautiful women walked into the Ravénous Café, after all, who would create an ugly cartoon, anime, video game or television woman. Jon has seen some women come into the restaurant in bikinis or underwear, but none of them had ever filled out their skimpy clothes like the woman in front of her. Wearing what can only be described as a leather bikini, a tall woman in her mid-twenties stood confidently in the entrance to the café. Even though Jon knew he should be focusing on his job, he couldn’t help, but ogle the sexy woman standing proudly in front of him. He opened his mouth to greet her again, but before he could say anything, the woman tilted her head back and let out a shrill high-pitched laugh.
Her laughter sounded to Jon what you’d hear if a cat was being beaten to death with a blow horn. He clutched his ears and fell to the ground. All the other customers did the same, as well as the meals that looked ready to jump into someone’s mouth just to escape the horrible laughter.
Weakly, Jon looked up when the laughter subsided, the beautiful woman with the laugh of death looked down her nose at Jon with contempt. This gorgeous girl was none other then Naga the White Serpent from the anime Slayers; talented sorceress, lover of riches and proud owner of the worlds most annoying laugh.
“How rude. Laying down on the job when you have a customer waiting. I demand service now!” Naga said with smugness. Jon nodded quickly and stood up, he pointed to a table at the furthest corner of the restaurant.
“Take that table, here’s your menu, good-bye!” Jon said thrusting the menu into Naga’s hands. He didn’t care hot this girl was, she could be butt naked and he’d still run for the hills if she started laughing again.
“Very well,” Naga said with a big smirk. “Soon, I’ll will have eaten more then my greatest rival, Lina Inverse. Proving my greatness once more.” Naga opened her mouth to laugh, but Jon covered her mouth quickly. Jon removed his hand and Naga sneered at him, she didn’t like being touched.
“You should save your energy for eating,” Jon explained, knowing that telling her that her laugh could kill cockroaches wouldn’t be a good idea. Naga nodded slowly, seeing some wisdom in Jon’s words. She left Jon and walked to her table, eager to start eating. Sitting down, Naga opened the menu and began studying the pictures.
“I’ll need to start off with someone small if I’m going to be able to stuff myself.” Naga said thoughtfully as she studied all the pictures. Her eyes settled on a redheaded girl with a large bust and a cocky smile. Her name was Ranma and to Naga she looked yummy, but was she really the one she wanted or was this treat better saved for another time?
