Himari had done everything to get Saito to love her. Unfortunately, despite them hating each before, they had somewhat developed feelings for each other much to the dismay of Himari. She can't stand sometimes to see Akane bicker at Saito considering how kind he is despite being somewhat of a narcissist.
One day, a fellow waiter at the tea shop she part time works in notices Himari a bit depressed.
"Hey, Ishikura! Why so down? You're usually happy and cheerful." Said the waiter as the shop was empty at the moment.
Himari sighed as she looked at the gothic waiter, fellow co worker. "I've tried everything to get my crush to fall in love with me. But he seems to develop feeling for my best friend which he hates, Kurota."
Kurota was now doing a thinking gesture wanting to help his friend and fellow co worker. When she's sad it makes everyone else sad.
"Well, I can make an offer to you to help you out with your love life." Kurota said.
Himari's eyes lit up, "Really!?! How?"
"Black magic!" He whispered.
Himari began to giggle. "Black magic? That doesn't exist silly!"
"Oh but it does! I'll prove it to you! I'll use my black magic on your best friend! Don't worry! It's nothing dangerous!" He said.
"Oh really? It won't harm her?" Himari asked with her arms folded beneath her breasts.
He nodded. "So what do I need?" Himari asked.
Kurota took a piece of paper from his notepad which they use to take down orders. Himari watched him write down something and hand it to him.
"Bring me these items and I'll use the magic on your friend in no time." Kurota said.
Himari searched online and ordered the most of the stuff. The only thing she needed was a strand of Kane's hair. It had been a few days.
Back at school...
Akane was angry as she sat in her seat. Himari began to chat with her as she was behind Akane. Akane seemed pissed off with Saito (as usual) over something. There Himari plucked a strand of hair from Akane.
"Ow! What was that, Himari?" Akane asked in shock as she smoothed out her hair.
"Saw a white strand! I plucked it out! He must be really stressful!" Himari said smiling as she placed the hair in her pocket.
"Eh? I have a white hair? Oh no! And yes he really is a pain! I might start getting white hairs all over!" Akane cried as Himari hugged her to comfort her.
"You're just like my mom when you do this." Akane said.
"Yeah, I know! You always say that." Himari answered smiling.
Himari left from work as Akane made her way home ahead of Saito. Back at work, Himari gave Kurota the things he needed.
"Perfect! You'll see results soon enough!" Kurota said happily.
"Make sure nothing awful happens to Akane!" Himari said, seriously as a fiery aura surrounded Himari as Kurota backed off.
"Of course! Like I said I would!" Kurota answered as sweat went down the side of his forehead.
Back in Kurota's home, he had everything set up. Complete with a pentagram of a multi sided star drawn on the table. He began to spell as the room became dark.
"Hope you enjoy it." Kurota said with an evil smile as dark smoke began to rise up as he finished the spell.
When is Akane affected?
