Tsugumi's belly begins to round out!

Before Tsugumi could do anything, she felt something happening inside of her belly. Despite the movement of Chitoge, she knew it was something else. It froze in her place. Her hands on her belly as she could feel the infant body of the one she was supposed to guard.
She heard a groan and the sound of stretching as her belly began to grow outwards! Her hands started to drift apart as her belly grew larger, wider and heavier. Inside of her womb, amniotic fluids and placenta began to fill her womb causing Chitoge to float inside of Tsugumi. Rounder it became as it began to peek like the rising sun that breaks, pushing past her breasts and stretching her dress!
It didn't take long for Tsugumi to become official pregnant with her ojou-sama. Looking overdue with one as it remained spherical while Tsugumi looked down at her new belly. Her breasts also grew larger making her bra tighter. Despite the added weight, Tsugumi was unfazed by her new change. Only fascinated at how her body transformed so quickly.

A sound of steaming whistling with a puff of smoke flower upwards, above her forehead. She blushed bright red as she snapped out of her trance.
"What the heck am I thinking! I want him to he the last to know I'm pregnant with his girlfriend!" Tsugumi thought, her hands at both side of her head, her eyes in swirls.
She wonder how everyone will react to this...which causes her to panic more. She took a deep breath to calm herself as Chitoge was kicking up a storm.
"Okay, Tsugumi....if I find those mobsters who did this to ojou-sama. We should be able to get her back..though I will have to give birth to her in the process.." Tsugumi said to herself. Mentally planning out.
She couldn't go back to her parents so she needed to find a way out of her predicament.
"Ojou-sama is safe in me for now. I'd expect she should've died with whatever it was they gave her. The problem is..where do I find them." Tsugumi said to herself.
