"Let's leave it and go back to the others." Nanao asked as she slowly stepped back.
"Okay." Chela nodded as they slowly exited the room and made their way back to the meeting room.
There they discussed what they saw and everyone was surprised.
"Baldia should've been dead by now. Did she find a body to resurrect in? Or did she resurrect Darius?" Oliver thought, Nanao noticed he was serious and in deep thought.
"Is there something wrong,Oliver?" Nanao asked.
Oliver was startled by this, "Just thinking, we don't know how Baldia's curse works. Maybe someone died there and was affected by her curse."
"Well, she's got so many curses. Which is it?" Pete asked.
"Hmmmm....." Oliver hummed. "It might be her spellblade."
"A spellblade is capable of that?" Guy asked as he distributed his homemade bread to everyone.
"Good point. It is definitely possible." Chela thought at his idea. "You don't know the name of it?"
Oliver shook her head, "Not even the slightest clue. We only know the others but her's."
"Well as long as it's harmless we have no worries." Katie said happily. "I've never seen a slime before!"
"Whoa! There Katie! Remember with Baldia? How hostile and dangerous she was in that form?" Guy reminded her.
"Yeah! Well with everyone here I'm sure we can capture it!" Katie said. "I'm sure very would want to see it as well!"
"More like conduct experiments on it." Pete said blantly.
Everyone nodded as Katie pouted. "She will not! I'll make sure of it!" Katie yelled in anger.
"Anyways, it's almost curfew. Don't wanna get caught in a fight with the senior class men." Chela pointed out.
"Yeah, especially Ophelia and Cyrus. Those guys are bad news." Oliver added. Pete and Guy shivered.
They exited the labyrinth before the curfew.
It was late at night as senior students began to patrol the labyrinth for anu wayward underclassmen who could've gotten trapped in here. Chela had snuck around, avoiding them as she made her way to the room where the slime was in.
"Almost there...it should give me clues on Baldia's curse or spellblade." Chela whispered to herself. She used a cloaking spell to avoid the patrols.
She made it to the room.
