Chela slowly walked with her hands cradling her belly as she knew she was in a safe zone. Luckily she didn't run into labyrinth monster or hostile students as she walked around. She finally reached their hideaway and enter in. She made her way towards the center. There she saw two familiar faces, Nanao and Katie!
"Nanao! Katie!" Chela yelled happily.
They both turned and saw Chela as she was and sound. As they ran to her, they both stop dead in their tracks! Chela scratched her right cheek a bit, not knowing what to say as she saw Katie's and Nanao's jaw dropped.
"Eeeeehhhhhh!?!" They both yelled in unison.
They made their way to their make shift kitchen where they served tea and Guy's pastries. Chela was very hungry as she explained to them the whole story. She felt her twins were now calm, she relaxed her by placing her hands behind her for leverage. Nanao and Katie were busy exploring her large belly and shrieked when they saw protrusions on either side.
"Guys not, used to seeing a pregnant woman?" Chela teased.
"I've never seen one this big! All I've seen were women carrying one! You're like carrying three!" Nanao yelled in awe and excitement.
"How does it feel?" Katie asked Chela.
Chela put her left index finger on her lips and answered, "Well heavy for one or two rather. Just found out about it when I woke up. But I feel so motherly." Chela blushed.
"Well you do act like our mother, Chela." Katie said as she giggled.
Katie and Nanao told them what happens and how they covered up for her. How her dad was worried sick as well as her half sister, Stacey and her friend, Fay looked for her in the labyrinth along with their other half sister, Lynette. Oliver and Pete did most of the cover up for Chela, academic wise. For practicums as well. They haven't declared Baldia dead yet but a new teacher took her place.
"I should be thanking them later." Chela said, making a mental note.
"Why are you gone for so long!" Katie yelled and pouted.
"What? I was gone for so long? I just woke up you know. Well given that when your in the labyrinth, you lose sense of time." Chela said.
Nanao followed up, "You really don't know?"
Chela shook her head.
"You've been gone for..." Nanao said.
How long had Chela been gone?
