Chela slowly stands up with the help of the wall as she hears footsteps running towards her. It's the rest of the seven Spellblades. She sighs in relief.
"Did you battle with Baldia?" Pete asked worriedly.
Chela nodded, "She used curses at me but somehow I was able to manage. I could find her body though, she used those weird faces all over her body." Chela explained.
"Then she must've escaped further in!" Nanao yelled. "Let us give chase while she's weak!"
Oliver grabbed her arm to prevent her from going after Baldia.
"That's..a bad idea..Nanao." Guy said nervously.
"With all the commotion Chela made. Most likely the seniors heard it. We can't be caught by the patrol." Oliver explained.
"I heard Olivia Salvadori and Cyrus Rivermoore are seen around here!" Katie added.
It sent shivers down Pete and Guy's spines.
"Let's get out of here!" Pete asked as they agreed.
They first went to their base where they treated Chela's wounds and she drank a mana potion. Then made their way back to the academy. All unaware that Baldia was in Chela's womb.
Chela reached her room where she sleeps alone. After taking a warm bath and cleaning herself. She changed into a night gown. She noticed Baldia's infant body seen in her body as she sighs in disbelief as it is slightly heavy resting on her hips.
Chela goes to sleep. Figured out what to do tomorrow.
