Eiko walked down the halls of the house, continuing to look for her young cousin. As she walked...

Her belly let out some unhappy sounding gurgles. Eiko winced and put a hand on her belly.
"Oof... that doesn't feel too good... I wonder if I ate something bad earlier?" She wondered. Her stomach didn't feel upset, so where were those sounds coming from?
And then... Eiko's belly began to expand! Her blouse was pushed outwards as her belly expanded, growing larger and rounder beneath the now rather tight fabric. Eiko's hand was pushed away from her belly as it grew larger and larger!
"Oh, geez! I definitely ate something bad!" Eiko groaned, rubbing her swollen belly. Because she was still hypnotized, she didn't realize that A) she had four angels inside of her, and B) that they were growing larger! It wasn't clear what Eiko thought exactly, the only thing that was clear was that she more or less that that this swollen belly of hers was normal, and not cause for great alarm!
