Not the 'second' angel...

Eiko was confused, last thing she remembered was being inside the van!
But... a quick check of the van showed Eiko that she couldn't have been outside for long. Her seat was still warm from where she'd been sitting in it!
'Huh... I must've just gotten confused and stepped outside for some air...' Eiko wondered, not realizing that she'd been hypnotized. It sure didn't help that it had only taken less than a minute for the hypnotized woman to swallow the angel, and now that things were back to normal, she didn't realize what had happened! Especially not that there was not 1, not 2, but 3 angels inside of her!
And all of them were intent on 'playing the quiet game' waiting until they had physical bodies to make a disturbance. Once they had physical bodies, they could torment their host as much as they wanted, but until then... they had to make sure that nothing could drive them outside of their 'mama!'

Eiko considered sitting back down in the van, but... no, it just didn't feel right. She'd feel more comfortable being with Yayoi right now! Heading back to the house...
"Mama..."
"Eek!" Eiko barely managed to cover her mouth, ducking around the corner of the house before she could enter it. There was another angel waiting at the front door!
'That must be the second angel!' Eiko thought to herself, not realizing that it was in fact a fourth angel at the door.
'I-I have to get away! Who knows what will happen to me if two of those things get inside me!'
1) Eiko hides outside the house, hoping the angel won't see her.
2) The angel(s) inside of Eiko loudly call out to their 'mama,' and the fourth angel hears them!
3) Yayoi appears and kills the second (actually the fourth) angel!
