Eiko was waiting patiently for Yayoi to return after killing the 'last' Angel, unaware that she had not one, but two inside of her.
"Gee, Yayoi sure is taking a while. You'd think something as big as those creepy babies wouldn't be hard to find..." Eiko muttered, her hands still on her stomach. Unknown to her, the third Angel was sneaking up on the van! Eiko didn't see it, because as it turned out the Angels could be stealthy when they wanted to. An umbilical cord sneaked out from it's misshapen body, snaking towards Eiko, who had left the windows of her van open to get some air...
"Oh!" Eiko made a noise of surprise, feeling as if she'd been poked by something... but as she looked around, she saw nothing around her!
"Must've just been a bug... Guess I'd better close the windows." She muttered, unconsciously patting her flat tummy with one hand.
1) The three Angels stay silent in Eiko, and a confused Yayoi returns, not having found the 'remaining' Angel.
2) Eiko hears the voices of all three Angels inside of her- they aren't silent anymore!
3) Eiko sees Yayoi calling for her at the front of the house... but it's not Yayoi! It's an illusion Saki is using to trick her!
