Suddenly stuffed Eiko

There was a strange sound not unlike water going down a drain, although the Angel's squashed remains didn't look any different (not that Eiko could see.)
Unknown to Eiko, the Angel's curse power was escaping the squished husk of it's body, and attempting to leave the well... but with Eiko's body taking up so much space (her belly in particular) the Angel's spirit energy was flooding directly into Eiko instead of exiting the well!
Eiko was too busy panicking about being trapped in the well to notice, and she was currently staring up the well, trying to see if there were any stones she could use as handholds to climb up out of the well, and thus she didn't see what was happening at her feet!
As the Angel's spirit energy continued being absorbed into Eiko, the young woman started feeling heavier and heavier, along with a strange and very intense bloated sensation occurring in her stomach.
Eiko groaned and burped, one hand flying up to her mouth while her other hand came down to grab at her huge tummy.
"Oh... what in the world? I feel like I suddenly ate a horse... D-did I eat something bad earlier?"
Eiko finally looked down at her feet, but to her relief the husk of the Angel was still there. Too bad for Eiko she didn't realize that it's spirit energy had already been absorbed into her!
Though unlike the other two Angels, this one was stuck in her stomach, rather than her womb!
"URP... oh, that was gross..." Eiko sighed after belching again.
"What am I going to do now? I need to get out of here..."
What happens next?
1) The bloated sensation in her stomach starts to get worse- Eiko soon has the mother of all stomachaches!
2) Like option 1, but her belly starts to swell again!
3) The bloated sensation remains painful but bearable, and Eiko is finally able to fish her phone out of her skirt pocket!
