Yayoi got out her ghost-slaying equipment, and started jabbing at Eiko's round belly! To her and Eiko's surprise... the Angel's face made a smirk, before... disappearing?!
Eiko and Yayoi were left staring dumbfounded at Eiko's belly... which now appeared no different than an ordinary pregnant woman's belly!
Granted, it was unusual because Eiko had gone from, well, 'not pregnant' to 'full term with one' in the space of a few minutes, but...
There was no evil face on her belly. No feet and hands stretching her round belly. No stretch marks on her belly showing strain from having inflated so quickly.
Nothing at all. It was as if the Angel had somehow become, well... a perfectly normal pregnancy!
"Uh... Yayoi? Was... was that supposed to happen?"
"I... I don't know. Eiko, how do you feel?"
Eiko blinked, one hand rubbing her big belly unconsciously.
"Honestly... I feel fine! That awful thing isn't moving around at all, and if I hadn't seen it earlier... well, I don't think anyone would suspect that I have a creepy ghost baby in my belly instead of a regular baby.
1) Yayoi is still concerned, and wants to experiment to make sure that Eiko isn't in danger.
2) Yayoi decides that somehow, the Angel must've lost all it's power and been rendered harmless (which isn't actually true.)
3) Eiko's tummy suddenly growls, SUPER loudly. She needs to feed her new baby, but with what?
