"Waaah!" Eiko shrieked in terror as her belly suddenly exploded in size!
Fortunately, that was only a metaphor- her belly increased in size at a super rapid pace, rather than actually (and disgustingly) bursting open.
Eiko squealed as she found herself pinned to the wall of the well as her belly grew larger and larger...
"Agh! H-how big am I going to get! I-it's... so... tight..." Eiko groaned. The poor woman was effectively trapped by her own belly! Her belly had expanded so much in under a minute that her huge, round tummy was pressing tightly against the stone walls of the well...
And it hadn't stopped growing yet!
"OW! Ow, ow, OW! Stop! P-please! Stop growing!" Eiko shrieked, watching in despair as she was squished even more into the bottom of the well by her own inflating bulk! Oh God, was she going to be crushed by her own belly! S-she was practically more belly than woman now!
T-those awful Angels... they were massive now! Her belly had finally stopped growing... But Eiko felt nothing but despair in her heart- the reason the Angels had stopped growing was because they must've reached the size they were when they normally would be born!
"Waaaah... I'm gonna pop... *Sniffle* Yayoi-chan... save me..." Eiko whimpered, rubbing her watery eyes. This was horrible! She was trapped in this well by her giant belly- so large that a young child, maybe 4 or 5 years old, could've safely curled up inside! One Angel at full size was way bigger than a normal full-term pregnancy, and she had 3 of those little monsters inside of her!
Not only that, but Eiko's boobs had ballooned up in size, and she could barely see anything past her own inflated breasts, which her titanic, painfully compacted tummy was forcing up into her face!
The only good thing right now was that despite being ready to be born, Yayoi's spell was apparently still working- the angels might've been full-size, but they couldn't overpower the spell keeping them inside Eiko! Meaning that the poor woman was stuck like this for now!
"Yayoi... do something! I-I need these things OUT OF ME RIGHT NOW!" Eiko shrieked, desperately hoping Yayoi would hear her.
