Eiko's unpleasant awakening

"Ooh... Did I eat something bad last night?" Eiko mumbled as she woke up, blinking sleepily. Her tummy felt strange- almost like she'd just overeaten a huge meal! But that couldn't be right, she'd only just woken up!
Standing up, Eiko groaned in distress. For some reason she felt really bloated and sluggish, almost like her body was extra-heavy for some reason. But she didn't look any different! She looked perfectly normal- her body hadn't changed at all even though she'd absorbed those three Angels...
What Eiko didn't know was that while the three angels her and Yayoi knew about were safely de-powered by Yayoi's spell, the fourth angel was under no such spell, and was free to use as much power as it wanted. However, it was smarter than it's siblings. Rather than speaking up and alerting Eiko and Yayoi to its presence, it was staying quiet, using it's own power to whittle away at Yayoi's spell.
The moment Yayoi's spell broke, the other three angels would get their power back, and they'd start to accumulate their power again. Once all four of them had enough power?
Kaboom goes Eiko!
