What neither Yayoi nor Eiko realized was that there was another Angel in hiding, lurking in the depths of the Annunciation House. Eiko breathed out a sigh of relief- she thought she was safe. The sight of her belly- flat and smooth, and not at all hideously distorted and distended from those awful ghosts was enough to nearly make her cry in joy.
The curse marks had faded, which must have been a side effect of Yayoi's spell. Did that mean that the three Angel's inside of Eiko were powerless now?
What Yayoi didn't realize was that the angels weren't powerless at all... merely dormant. They had enough intelligence to conserve there energy and hope that something happened to break the spell weakening them.
What's more... Eiko's womb may have been stuffed full with three angels, but...
There was a fourth Angel lurking in the house! Neither Yayoi nor Eiko knew, but the daughter and father had dug out space underneath, creating an underground portion where the last angel was hiding. A backup- if all else failed, all it had to do was remain in hiding, and the curse would cause it's victim to gruesomely explode after her body failed to contain the angels.
But... right now the ghosts of the house and the last angel were effectively in a stalemate with Eiko and Yayoi. The young ghost hunter knew her trade well- and though her theory; to have Eiko absorb the third ghost into her womb wasn't correct, it was still effective. Yayoi's spell would keep the curse from running it's course. The three angels inside of her couldn't be born, they lacked the power to drive the curse that would've affected her.
From around a corner of the house, the ghost of the girl let a monstrous frown appear on her face. That damn kid! She was ruining everything! Never before had one of the house's visitors had three Angel-samas inside of her, which should've meant that her wish was three times as likely to succeed... but the stupid spell on the older girl was keeping it from succeeding!
So now here she was, watching as the young girl conversed with the visibly relieved 'mother.'
Something had to be done.
Hmm... An evil smirk appeared on Saki's face.
If she could get close to the 'mama,' then she could break the protective spell that little girl had put on her! That would ensure that her wish came true! All three Angels would be born, and Saki would be saved!

Back with Eiko and Yayoi, Eiko was sitting quiet and letting Yayoi poke and prod her bare stomach. Not with one of her dolls or captured ghosts, but with her bare hands.
"This is... strange. The three angels are clearly inside of you- I can sense them- but... nothing seems to be happening."
"I-isn't that a good thing?"
"I'm... not sure..." Yayoi murmured, the stoic girl frowning in thought. Strange, with all three angels inside of Eiko, Yayoi's spell should've depowered them to the point where the curse was broken.
She didn't want to worry Eiko, but Yayoi knew that this meant there was something else to look out for.
1) Yayoi sees how happy and relieved Eiko is, and hides the truth from her. She makes up the excuse that the two of them should spend the night in the house to 'make sure the curse is gone for good.' Yayoi goes off at night while Eiko sleeps, trying to find why the curse is still active. While Yayoi's away, Saki sneaks up on the sneaking Eiko...

3) A loud rumble is heard from Eiko's belly...
