"Ow... Agh..." Eiko whimpered in pain. It felt like her stomach (not her womb, but her stomach) was on fire!
Her huge belly felt so heavy all of a sudden... well, it was already pretty dang heavy, she did look due with triplets, after all...

2) Started to violently shake and rumble- Yayoi ended up in Eiko's womb and is fighting the angels while inside of Eiko!
The same as option 2, but Eiko's tummy swells even more, going from due with triplets to overdue with quadruplets!
