"I clearly don't remember the trail being this long..." Eiko thought as she made her way up the mountain. "I just need to get my offering and everything should be fine!"
As Eiko walked, she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She placed her hand on a nearby tree as her other hand held her belly.
"Ow...." Eiko yelled in pain and shock. "Weird. I don't think I hit any branches. The tress are so tall."
Eiko looked around to see if her stomach had grazed any fallen branches but she didn't find any. Confused, she continues up the mountain and towards the shrine.
Then there was a low groan as Eiko held her belly. Then she felt sick. She went to the side of the nearby tree and vomited. She spit whatever was left in her mouth. Even more confused of what was happening. Her belly ached as she rubbed it.
"Must be something I ate. I kinda doubt it's due to me walking up this path." Eiko said to herself, shaking her head.
Eiko was unaware that an infant of the shrine she offered too, took her offering and had unbirthed itself into Eiko!
Eiko felt the waistband of her skirt bite into her waist. Her belt slowly drifting downward. The infant reforming inside of Eiko! Eiko continue walking up the trail as her belly was growing! Slower and sluggish as Eiko walked towards the shrine, she could see in the distance!
"Almost there!" Eiko said to herself. Hyping herself up despite feeling sluggish.

"Ow...." Eiko yelled in pain and shock. "Weird. I don't think I hit any branches. The tress are so tall."
Eiko looked around to see if her stomach had grazed any fallen branches but she didn't find any. Confused, she continues up the mountain and towards the shrine.
