Eiko looked around in confusion as she wondered what that was. "Must be my imagination." She said as she went back to checking the papers in the vault for clues.
Eiko had forgotten the mummified fetus that was beside her! It had turned to dust! Eiko was on her hands and knees failed to notice her belly growing even larger! Another fetus had unbirth into her and the largest yet! Her belly growing to 9 months as it reformed at the bottom of Eiko's womb. Her belly, widening , growing larger as well as her sweater stretching but kept her belly hidden beneath her breasts as Eiko reflexively arched her back. Ignoring the added weight and fetus as she continued searching for clues!
"Hey! What's this?" Eiko said as she found a dusty old notebook. It read journal with a key as it had a lock on the cover.
"This must be the journal of the head maid! Maybe it will give us some insight on what happens around here!" She said with excitement as she slowly pushed herself up and went to the study table to read it!
