Eiko clutched at her belly with one hand, groaning as a sharp pain went through it.
"N-no... The angels... Yayoi said that the first two already had physical bodies! H-Have the third and fourth formed physical bodies as well?" Eiko whimpered, scared that she might be fully under the disastrous curse's effect.
Just then...
"O-oh!" Eiko called out in surprise as beneath her hand her belly began to swell.
And swell...
And swell...
The pale dome slowly grew in size, growing wider and larger as it stuck more and more out from the rest of her body. Eiko was wincing in pain, trying not to cry. This... it wasn't terribly painful, but it was uncomfortable. Considering that this was the Angels physical bodies growing inside of her and not just spiritual energy, it could've been a lot worse.
Still, she hated every second of this! She could see and hear the noises of stretching noises of her blouse and skin stretching! It was... so weird! At least... it didn't hurt too much. Poor Eiko didn't think that she'd be able to put up with this if it had hurt as much as being suddenly, forcibly expanded like this should've hurt.
And still, the growth continued. Eiko's wide, terrified eyes watched as her belly expanded like a great, bit balloon, the pale mountain of flesh sticking out so far from the rest of her body that even when she had her back to the wall, her huge belly filled up nearly all of the space in the well! In fact, her belly was so big that there was barely any room for her to maneuver at all! She could only move a few inches in any direction before her huge tummy bumped against the cold, damp stone walls of the well!
"Oh no! How much did those angels grow inside of me?!?" Eiko thought, the poor woman becoming frantically worried as she leaned on the wall and tried to take stock of just how big her body had become.
Sure enough, her belly stood out of her button-up blouse, the huge, pale mountain of taut flesh looking... well, frighteningly large. Eiko was pretty sure she'd never seen a woman this heavily pregnant before. She was massive! It was like... all four of those angels were at full-term... no, even longer than that!
Wait... Eiko's breath hitched. If her belly was bigger than that of a woman who was at nine-months with quadruplets, then... was it already too late for her? Was her fate sealed?

NO! Eiko refused to believe it! She couldn't die here, not in this dingy, dirty well! I-if she hadn't gone POP yet, it was because the curse hadn't finished! And if the curse hadn't finished, then there was still a chance for Yayoi to save her!
N-no doubt the angels weren't at their full strength...
But holy crap, how big would she be if the curse got close to finishing? She already looked bigger than a woman who would've been full-term with quadruplets...

Not only that, but her boobs were breasts were a lot bigger- Eiko winced, barely able to adjust her bra to make it more comfortable. She swore that the undergarment had been about to snap from how tight it had been on her inflated breasts!
"I-I need to get a hold of Yayoi-chan right away! I-If I'm already this big, then there's not telling how much time is left before the curse finishes! We need to hurry and get these things out of me before it's too late!" Eiko cried, holding her huge belly with both hands. God, it was so heavy!
She remembered that she had her phone on her, but much to her dismay Yayoi still hadn't responded!
"What is Yayoi-chan doing? I need her right now! I-If she doesn't find the source of the curse right away... it might be too late for me! H-how much time do I even have left?!" Eiko said to herself worriedly. This was bad, this was really bad! Her belly had ballooned up to such a humongous size in no time at all! If all four angels had physical bodies, then Yayoi wouldn't be able to exorcise them! That meant the only way to get them out of Eiko without killing her was to break the curse!
Looking up at the mouth of the well... Eiko wondered if she could get out and find Yayoi herself. That would certainly help her right now.
She just hoped this stupid, huge belly wasn't so big that it kept her from getting out... The big, pale belly exposed through her now open blouse was nearly touching the sides of the well. There was barely any room for poor Eiko at all!
1) A shadow covers the opening of the well!
2) Eiko tries to shimmy up... but fails right away! Her big, huge belly is too big and heavy for her to climb up! Oh no! She's trapped in the well!
3) The ground beneath Eiko's feet breaks, and she falls into a chamber underneath the well!
