Eiko, the pregnant ghost beacon?

Following the road leading to the Annunciation House, Yayoi and Eiko headed back to the cursed house. Eiko had some trouble driving due to her huge belly filling up nearly all of her seat, but the two were able to make progress to the house!
Unfortunately for them, while they were driving through the forest still a ways out from the house, the van started to sputter and make strange sounds!
"Oh come on! My van shouldn't be having any issues, I just brought it in for maintenance a few weeks ago!" Eiko groaned, slumping forwards. Her huge belly squished uncomfortably against the steering wheel, her due-with-six-kids belly not allowing for too much maneuverability. Her massive breasts, which had swollen up a huge amount to match her super-pregnant belly, rested on top of her belly, which Eiko was currently slumped on herself, using her own giant breasts as pillows.
"Oh man... Yayoi, what are we going to do? We're still a kilometer out from the Annunciation House... I don't know if I can walk that distance with this stupid, huge belly if my van just broke down..."
Little did Eiko and Yayoi know, Eiko's van hadn't broken down at all. It had stalled because there was a spirit (or spirits) interfering with it! Eiko was packed full of cursed energy, her huge tummy practically acting as a beacon to all of the ghosts in the land around them!
But what had stopped the car?
1) A number of infant ghosts, the spirits of babies that were abandoned to their deaths in the forest! They want to get into Eiko, regardless of whether she has the room to hold them!
2) The ghost of the police woman who died when her belly burst! She wants to help Eiko and Yayoi!
3) Something else!
