1) Shizuka gets bitten by one or more of the other babies, getting infected with the whole 'slowly-growing undead inside of her' thing, but there's more hope than in the original idea. While in the hospital, freaking out about being bitten by the zombie babies, Shizuka stumbles upon some notes/an experiment- they found a potential cure for the zombie plague! However... it was never completed. Now it becomes a race against time for Shizuka to find the last ingredients and make the cure- to save the world, AND herself!
2) Shizuka sees the bite on her suddenly healing! That's good, right? What she doesn't know is that while it healed- she became a partial zombie (if such a thing could be called that.) She's faster, stronger, tougher, but hungrier... and lets the undead babies all come crawling up to her!
