Shizuka Marikawa and the terrible, horrible day

"H-hello? Anyone?" Shizuka called out. She knew that those horrible creatures were attracted to sound, but she couldn't help it! She'd somehow gotten separated from the rest of her group, and was now lost, alone, and terrified! The huge-breasted nurse whimpered softly, trying her best to walk carefully so as to not step on any broken glass in the ruined hospital, or do anything else that would make noises.
No response. Either her friends were ignoring her... or more likely, they hadn't heard her at all.
They hadn't left her alone, had they? N-No! They wouldn't! They wouldn't leave her!
Shizuka kept moving, having heard the telltale groans of the undead a ways behind her. M-maybe if she moved to a different floor there would be less undead? Or she could make it to another staircase and try to exit the building...
Currently she was on the second floor of the hospital. The next floor up contained the maternity ward... Shizuka had an idea, one that momentarily lifted her from her despair.
If she could hide from any zombies up there, she might be able to find a treasure trove of medicine and other valuable commodities that couldn't be found anywhere else!
That was one thing that Shizuka hated, but had never voiced to her comrades. She was the sole member of the group who had zero fighting skills. It constantly felt like she was just hanging back being protected- being useless- while they risked their lives for her. She knew her role as the only trained medic was invaluable, but still... watching a group of students almost ten years younger than her fight for there lives was hard.
She needed to do more.
If she could bring back all that medicine that was likely up there... She'd be doing more!
"Okay! I can do this!" Shizuka stated, clenching her fists and putting on what she hoped was a brave face. The hugely-buxom nurse quickly headed for the maternity ward.
At first, Shizuka thought it was free of undead, not seeing any adult figures shambling about inside...
But then, she shrieked in alarm- something was tugging at her skirt!
Whirling around... Shizuka's eyes widened!
There was a tiny zombie- an undead newborn baby- that had reached out from the incubator it had been in while alive- and was grabbing onto the back of her skirt! Normally, the sight of the dead baby would've had her tearing up, but right now it was terrifying!
"S-stay away!" Shizuka squeaked, backing away and yanking her skirt back... only to feel more hands grabbing onto her!
Eyes widening in panic, Shizuka saw no less than five zombie babies crawling towards her, counting the one that had grabbed her skirt... and one more that she hadn't seen, jumping out from the shadows with strength no living newborn could've had... landing right on her back!
"NO! Get off!" Shizuka shrieked, thrashing as she tried to shake the baby off.
To her horror, she felt a pear of tiny jaws clamp down on the side of her neck!
"Eek!" Shizuka squealed and wrenched the baby off of her, tossing it aside (again, something she never would've done in a million years to a living baby.)
But it was too late. Shizuka started tearing up at the sight of blood- her blood- seeping into the collar of her white button-up blouse.
She'd been bitten.
She was infected.
She was going to turn into one of those things.
"N-no... Not like this..." She sniffled, sinking onto her great, big bottom, so distraught that she forgot she was surrounded by the tiny zombies. Before she had the presence of mind to escape from them, one by one, they drew closer to her...
1) Shizuka stays seated, the poor woman in shock thinking that she's been infected by the zombie bite. But unknown to her, that wasn't the case. She was infected... but she won't turn into an undead. That baby 'marked' her, and the infection is doing something completely different! Somehow, this mutated strain of the infection is making a new baby- a zombie baby grow inside of Shizuka's womb! While she sits in shock, the other babies bite her as well!
2) The same as option 1, except Shizuka flees the maternity ward before the other babies can bite her.
3) Different than option 1, no infected bite=zombie pregnancy. Shizuka squeals in alarm as the babies start trying to crawl under her long skirt!
Not realizing that she'd been infected in a totally different way- there was now an undead child... maybe more than one, slowly growing inside of her!
