"Urgh... what happened?" The super busty nurse groaned, putting one hand to her head. She felt uncomfortable, having been lying down on the cold, hard floor for at least some time now.
*thump*

"W-what the? T-that felt like it came from... inside of me?!" Shizuka whispered, fear on her face as she sat up. Looking down at herself...
"Wah! what happened to me?!" The nurse was shocked to see her big, round belly stretching out her sleeveless turtleneck, which had ridden up due to the size of her belly, exposing a large amount of her pale, smooth belly. Her breasts, already huge, had swollen several cup-sizes and felt uncomfortably cramped inside her now ill-fitting bra.
Running her hands over her boulder of a belly, Shizuka confirmed with wide, nervous eyes that yes, this was real and not a dream.
Shizuka saw the empty pile of clothes from where the pregnant woman had been, and realized that somehow she must've become pregnant- with both the woman and her baby! After all, she could feel two lifeforms kicking around in her tummy.
"Oof! S-settle down, you two! Oh no, I hope I don't get caught by any of them like this..." Shizuka whined. She'd already been the slowest member of the group except for maybe Kohta, and with these huge swollen boobs and her even more huge tummy, she was really weighed down! Shizuka was afraid that like this, the fastest she'd be able to walk would be an awkward waddle.
"Owie... I hope my bra doesn't snap... I was already really busty, and bras in my size are already so expensive..." The blonde woman complained, forgetting that with society having collapsed, there wasn't a need to spend money on clothes anymore. She'd just have to find and take some fitting clothes whenever she next was in a mall or other clothing store.
"Phew, okay. I think the two of have settled down," Shizuka remarked with a sigh, patting her huge tummy. After fruitlessly trying to tug her turtleneck down to cover her belly, Shizuka gave up, frowning at how much of her tummy was exposed.
"I guess I'll just have to put up with it. This isn't good, my clothes barely fit me now! I'll have to find new clothes! But wait, I'm all alone! I need to find my friends first!" Shizuka realized, the ditzy woman's train of thought reminding her that finding her companions was probably more important then getting new clothes first.
Staggering slightly as she wasn't used to the weight and mass of her belly and engorged breasts, Shizuka waddled out of the room she'd been in.
The blonde with the big baby bump looked around the dark hallway nervously, as most of the power was out in the building. Some lights were on thanks to the hospital's emergency power generators, but most of the lights were out, making things pretty dark and spooky!
"O-okay... I just have to stay quiet. My friends are probably down on the bottom floor, so that's where I should go..."
Doing her best not to make too much noise, Shizuka set off!
