Shizuka was nervously gathering supplies having been accidentally separated from her group after a horde of Them ambushed them. Shizuka had somehow evaded them but was still cautious. She had a a long emergency axe but she hadn't killed anyone yet unlike with Komuro and the others. She was gathering useful things in the maternity ward.
"Sooner or later I may have to kill one of them. According to Komuro and the others, they're no longer human so just hit it in the head." Shizuka thought nervously.
Then she heard familiar laboured breaths. An imaginary question mark appeared above her forehead.
"There's someone alive? I have to help them! The woman seems to be in labour!" Shizuka thought but she quietly made her way as fast as she could to where the noise was coming from.
She reached the delivery room of the ward where she saw a silhouette of a pregnant woman from behind the curtain.
"Hello? I'm here to help! I'm a doctor!" She said softly.
As she undid the curtain hiding the silhouette of the pregnant woman...what did Shizuka see?
Choice 1: a badly wounded woman in labour.
Choice 2: a wounded woman who seems to be transforming into them but is also in labour as she had apparently tied herself to the table!
Choice 3: The woman had died but her unborn is still moving inside of her!
Choice 4: The woman is wounded but she says her baby is zombified!
Choice 5: more scenarios
