"Well, after Komura and the others stopped me at going at Shido. We told your father our experience with him and threw him out." Rei explained.
"But we still need to move since staying in a large group isn't good for us." Saeko added which they all added.
They noticed that Shizuka was talking with someone on the phone.
"Who are you talking too, Shizuka?" Rei asked.
"I just got in contact with my friend, Rika!" Shizuka said happily as she went back to talking with Rika.
It was just then that a nuclear bomb went off just off the coast of Japan causing a massive blackout just as Saya's father came out and gave orders for generators and lamps be placed as evening fell. Shizuka lost contact with Rika as the signal went dead. There was a loud crash just outside of the Takagi residence as Shido had crashed his bus allowing them to enter.
"This is bad." Saya said.
"Why is that?" Rei asked.
"That sounded like it came from the only entrance in and out of here. My father's men were supposed to close it." Saya explained.
They could here them approaching as Komura dragged Saya along as she didn't want to leave her mother behind. Yuriko said they will be fine and that they should escape. Kohta had loaded up on ammo and new guns for them to use as he and Matsudo had finished repairing the hummer and refueled it. They escape as them had begun to overrun the Takagi estate. As they drove by, they saw the crashed bus of Shido's as it was surrounded by them.
