Saya saw a pregnant woman on a hospital bed being pulled towards her. Her head was wrapped in bandages with some blood stains. She had pink hair like Saya.
"Doc? Who is this lady?" Saya asked.
"This is..." Dr. Hiratsuka said before she saw Yuriko held up her hand.
"This is your cousin, Samiko, Saya." Yuriko said with a depressed tone to which this shocked Saya.
"Wait! Not Miko-chan!" What happened to her?" Saya asked.
The doctor came in and said, "Well she was here before you and your friends came along. She tried to stop a right amongst survivors and in turn got hit in the head with a bat." the doctor showed where Samiko was hit which was on the left side of her head.
The doctor continued, "She went unconscious after that then was rushed here to the infirmary declared ICU. In a few days her condition worsened bit by bit as she had severe head trauma. She had been announced brain dead just a few minutes ago."
"Oh no!" Saya said as tears swelled up in her eyes then she felt her mom grasped her left hand.
"We ask that you take her unborn while you still can. Since you are the only person in the world who could do this." Her mother pleaded.
Saya gulped at the request."Adding more would make my mobility worse though when this stupid zombie outbreak ends.... Alice would have a sibling to play with. Though I'm not in the mood for adding more." She thought.
What does Saya do?
