Anna and Fate drink the potion!

The door to the lab suddenly burst open as Anna and Fate come in.
"Negi! I know you're in here! I've arrived!" Anna yelled in joy but came into an empty room with a cauldron still evaporating it's contents.
"I was pretty sure, Negi was here. He said he was working on something." Fate said as he too wondered where Negi went. "I mean his staff is here."
"Oh! It's Fate and Anna! Hopefully they can figure this out and get me as well as Nekane back to normal!" Negi thought as he tried to move. "I wonder how Nekane is doing?"
Negi looked to see Nekane who had also turned into a slime, still not moving. He was concerned for her being as Anna and Fate walked by him. Fate went to the table where multiple ingredients were on it as well as the scroll which Negi translated was. Fate picked it up and began to read it while Anna went to the cauldron where the potion he was brewing was.
"It looks like he was working on a potion." Fate said as he read the scroll. "Strange, it doesn't describe what the potion does. I wonder if it did something to Negi."
They failed to notice the two blobs that laid flat on the floor which were Negi and Nekane. Anna curiously took a cup and poured herself some of the potion.
"I bet this potion makes me older or gives me big boobs! Pervert!" Anna said as Fate saw Anna was going to drink.
"Wait, Anna! We don't know what it did to Negi and what it'll do to you!" Fate yelled as he ran towards Anna who had already gulped some of it.
"Ahh! That was sweet! Hey Fate! Have some too!" Anna said happily as Fate ran into Anna who shoved the cup full of potion into his mouth. He reflexively drank some of it as he coughed.
"Anna are you insane? We don't know yet what the potion does to us!" Fate scolded.
"You're a worrywort Fate! You're a homunculus! What can it do to you?" Anna yelled back as she placed the cup on the table.
"Oh no! They drank the potion! They're going to end up like us!" Negi thought in shock. "Well, I too am curious how'll it affect a homunculus such as Fate."
Anna looked around for Negi but came upon a strange blob on the floor. Unaware that this was Nekane.
"Huh? Did Negi spill something or..." Anna said but was cut off by a sudden heartbeat as she was on her hands and knees. "What was that?!?"
Fate too grabbed his chest as he was startled by this sudden feeling. "This must by the effect of the potion."
Both suddenly felt powerless as Fate and Anna fell asleep on the floorn Their bodies slowly melt away, clothes and all as they too became slimes like Negi and Nekane. The four laid on the floor, lifeless as Negi was the only conscious.
"My word! It wasn't expecting the potion to affect Fate! Now who'll help us?" Negi thought worriedly.
Choice 1: Their bodies suddenly began to converge into on body. Slowly, reforms as it became a teenager verison of Anna! Anna becomes pregnant with the three of them! Only Negi is in control of the body!
Choice 2: Like choice 1 only Anna is in control!
Choice 3: Nekane's body slowly reforms as she becomes pregnant with all three of them!
Choice 4: one of Negi's students comes in!
Choice 5: more scenarios!
