Ayaka was fixated on figuring out what Negi was working on. Nekane and Negi were unconscious after they were absorbed into Ayaka's body! The potion slowly wearing off but still transforming them! Negi and Nekane will become twins in Ayaka!
Ayaka was partially through Negi's work. She fixed his papers and stack them accordingly in succession so Negi won't have to do it later.
"Hmmm..looks like he was working on a potion of sorts. It lacks a description but knowing Negi-sensei, he would he curious to know how it works and what it can do!" Ayaka thought as she smirked.
Negi and Nekane slowly began to reform back to normal inside of Ayaka. Center in her womb, their bodies transformed back to infancy! They cuddled face to face in fetal positons as their signature hair began to regrow. The slept peacefully unaware where they were.
Meanwhile, Ayaka was still studying as her belly groaned but ignored it. She was unaware that her belly shrink a bit but now had two infant bodies shown! They moved and twitched a bit but went unnoticed by Ayaka who was busy!

Negi and Nekane were now floating inside of Ayaka's womb. Fully reformed back to humans but in unborn form! Amniotic sacs enveloped each of the two as they were now officially twins of Ayaka! A certain wish she had before!
