Fubuki who happened to be at the right place at the right time as she battling a new villain who was robbing a bank. With his abilities still unknown Fubuki was cautious but kept using her psychokinesis by throwing objects.
The suspect at hand had a rather weird costume. Unlike with the beastmen, underworlders, aliens and more notable villains. This guy was wearing a black eye mask with a diaper on his head and underwear with blue boots. The guys was obliviously older than Fubuki. He was also rather scrawny. His only weapon which was an assault rifle was useless against Fubuki who could just use her psychokinesis to thrarwt the trajectory of the bullets and made sure they didn't hit any bystanders or civilians.
"That's odd. The bank was supposed to have mostly adults but all I see are babies." Fubuki thought as she was analyzing her opponent who was firing at her.
The bullets just flew around her body, some just dropped to the floor whenever Fubuki stretched out her hand to stop them and drop them. The villain was growing furious.
"Did he use something to make these people into infants? Better end this quickly" Fubuki thought.
Fubuki threw some furniture at the villain who was carrying a large garbage bag full of money. He dodged as well as he could until he saw that Fubuki had closed the gap to make his assault rifle useless. She threw her hand forward as her eyes and body glowed. Throwing the robber into the wall.
"It's over! I suggest you change these civilians back to normal." Fubuki commanded the villain.
The villain spoke, "Too think out of all the heroes to meet, the hellish blizzard. Just my luck." Fubuki had disarmed the man of his weapons and bag of money using psychokinesis.
"Strange, you don't seem to have a device that turned these people into babies." Fubuki noted. The man laughed.
"Of course not! It's my power! I regressed them back so I could rob the bank easily! I would've turned them back to normal if you hadn't showed up." He said in distraught and fustration.
"So turn them back and I'll turn you in." Fubuki said with her arms crossed beneath her chest.
"Alright, alright!" The man said." By the way, I call myself the regressor."
"I should get a good pay after turning him in. He hasn't been listed and his powers are unique." Fubuki thought about how much points she was would get with this catch.
She watched as the man began to glow. She looked around to see that the people were slowly changing back but in their birthday suits. The newly progressed people panic and tried to cover there bodies as Fubuki shook her head.
"Okay, time to go." Fubuki said as she turned to see the man somewhat younger!
"Hey what are you doing?" Fubuki yelled as the man was in disbelief at what was happening to him.
"I-I don't know! I just newly acquired this power!" He said in worry as Fubuki could see him now in his teens.
He quickly regressed out of his clothes and looked now like an infant as he looked up at Fubuki. Then he slowly disappeared into thin air as he went into a fetal position.
"Damn him! Did he escape?" Fubuki yelled in fustration.
Then all of sudden she felt dizzy as her head spun. She leaned on the nearby desk, grasping her head with her right hand while the left was on the table. After a few seconds of the dizziness, it wore off.
"What was that just now?!?" Fubuki thought.
Fubuki then felt something heavy resting on her hips. Looking down, she could feel movement from a large orb that stood out of her long dark green dress. Her breasts were larger stretching her outfit even more.
Just how pregnant did Fubuki look?
